TODAY’S TECHNOLOGY TIDBIT
I stumbled over this incredible little maneuver a few months back (just clicking away on everything like usual), it’s very easy to master. You will be able to find most company email patterns with little or no cost in a matter of minutes.
To find business emails, simply determine how the company sets up the employee email addresses. The format is usually consistent throughout the company.
For example, if a company uses the employee’s first initial, then the last name, it is easy to plug in other names. If jsmith@kraft.com is John Smith’s email address, it is logical to assume hjones@kraft.com is the correct company email pattern address for Harry Jones.
Jigsaw, a free site, is an excellent source for finding business contacts and company information. It’s referred to as a business card site, and provides contact name and title, company, company address, phone number, and a business email address.

Jigsaw Overview - http://www.internet-recruiting-toolbox.com/JigsawTraining.html
You will need to set up a free account with Jigsaw, go http://www.jigsaw.com. Click on Join Jigsaw, top right of the page, and enter your company information.
When your account is activated, click on Companies (top left) and enter the name you wish to research, we will use Red Gold, Inc. You will see basic information and locations, the number we are looking for is located under Contacts, which is 64. Click on the 64 to see a list of employees: name, title, location.
Locate Include Graveyard Contacts, located above city and state. Check the box and hit Filter. You now have profiles included in your original search results that are not verified, they may or may not be with the company anymore. These profiles have a small brown box to the left of their name. Clicking on the name will bring up their complete contact information, including email, the only difference being a line through the email address. Open a few of the Graveyard profiles to establish the company email pattern at NO COST.
