In this publication I have detailed the techniques I use daily in my never-ending search for talent. Although these techniques are advanced, I have made sure to introduce them at a step-by-step, beginner level. The internet tools I talk about are either free or very low cost compared to internet advertising. If you learn and master the techniques found within, you will soon have built a solid understanding of internet recruiting.

Adding three words to the search string will eliminate all the unwanted profiles. The final search results includes 76 profiles, all Project Engineers, food and beverage industry, located in Dallas/Fort Worth and the area.

BIOGRAPHY

Carol M. Martin CPC, CIR, CSSR** has been an Executive Recruiter for 24 years. Her company, Martin Management, Inc. was created in 1988. The first ten years of business were food industry, manufacturing job orders, from Production Supervisor to Vice President of Manufacturing. The company then evolved to supplier(working only the candidate side)in all manufacturing industries, filling operations positions as well as all types of engineering titles.
Carol holds a BA Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
