Why isn't anyone even questioning Why something like this isn't even being questioned? or Wondering how A person can get away making bold statements as fact, without any supporting documentation to validate results?


Money for Nothing, but the Commission is Free

I had been watching a trainwreck, as it all started on LinkedIn, and then gravitated to a few other industry forums. It's the Same ole story! A recruiter sends in a candidate to company, the company doesn’t consider candidate; but eight months later the said candidate is hired through the efforts of another recruiter, but, funny thing is the first recruiter expects a fee.


Please put the Human back in H.R

hr3A while back, a familiar story caught my attention on a recruiting forum -  an individual was asking for advice and a mentor – he was struggling to find a job, and was asking for suggestions and help – a mentor from the group.
