MySpace will not have the candidate information like LinkedIn, but searching for specific titles and companies can surface valuable contacts. Another advantage, an email can be sent to most MySpace members. Membership is required. It is not necessary to add extensive information, just the basics.

carol Martin Using the Site:Search technique(tapping into the Public Profile), you can see people in all LinkedIn Groups without membership. This is a handy tool when searching for contacts from a specific school.

From the Groups menu in Linkedin, find the Group you would like to view. I have chosen:
