I recently posted a blog entry entitled "open letter to the CEO" and one of the readers took me to task for posting something with a misspelling because I used the term Stakeholder instead of Shareholder.
While we might be talking semantics here, I thin for every organization there is tremendous potential to change the focus from shareholder to stakeholder.

During a recent conversation with the amazing Buzz Rooney, she said to me; People who suck, don’t know they suck. I had an Oprah moment. Simple and true. Think about it for a moment, I know there are things that I’m good at and then there are other things that I am not good at, quite frankly I suck at them. For instance, I found some old items that I wrote years ago and I thought, “Wow that wasn’t good at all.” Ever buy some clothing and thought they were great but in retrospect…meh?
