Back in 2010 I signed up for Foursquare after a tweet-up in which a few colleagues convinced me I should give it a try. If you're not familiar with the tool, it allows users to record their location, which are called "check ins." These check ins can earn users points which, aside from bragging rights (which take the form of brightly colored badges), can translate into offline perks such as Starbucks discounts, amongst others.

Do you have a partner, boss or co-worker who you would often–operant word, often–describe as crazy-making? Does s/he frequently seem to give with one hand and grab it back with the other? This can be a description of the emotional and verbal behavior of a passive-aggressive person.

Recently, I had a brief email conversation about an article I presented in three parts; How a Candidate is Viewed by a Hiring Manager . It covered how a hiring manager views candidates. I received a comment that was extremely accurate. The person emailing said, the bottom line is, there is so much information out there, how do you know what is helpful and what is not?
